Yes. fwip uses the browser's DOMParser to parse XML. If the XML is malformed, you'll see a clear error message indicating where the problem is.
What indent options are available?▾
Choose between 2 spaces, 4 spaces, or tabs. The formatter preserves your XML structure while applying consistent indentation.
Does it preserve comments?▾
Yes. XML comments are preserved and properly indented in the formatted output.
Can it handle large XML files?▾
The formatter works well with typical XML documents. For extremely large files (10MB+), consider using a desktop XML editor.
