Your PDF never leaves your machine.

Most online PDF-to-image tools upload your document to a remote server, render it there, and send back separate images. Your file passes through systems you have no control over. fwip stitches every page into one continuous PNG right inside your browser.

fwip works differently. The stitching engine runs entirely in your browser. Your PDF is read from your device, processed on your CPU, and the result is saved back to your device. No server is involved. We literally cannot see your file.

No server processing

Everything runs on your device using WebAssembly. Your file never touches a network.

Frequently asked.

How do I convert a multi-page PDF into one long image?
Drop your PDF onto fwip. Every page is rendered at your chosen DPI and stitched vertically into a single tall PNG. The entire process runs in your browser. No server is involved.
What is the difference between PDF to image and PDF to JPG?
PDF to JPG exports each page as a separate file. fwip’s PDF to Image tool stitches all pages into one continuous PNG, which is ideal for long screenshots, social media posts, or scrollable previews.
Can I choose the DPI for the output image?
Yes. fwip offers 72 DPI for screen use, 150 DPI as a standard default, and 300 DPI for print-quality output. Higher DPI produces a larger image.
Is there a page limit for stitching a PDF into one image?
The browser version handles files up to 200 MB. For very long documents a warning is shown since the output image can become extremely tall. The offline bundle has no limit.
