How do I pixelate a face in a photo without uploading?▾
Drop your image onto fwip, switch to Selection Area mode, and draw a rectangle over the face. The area is pixelated instantly in your browser. Your photo never leaves your device.
Can I pixelate just part of an image?▾
Yes. Switch to Selection Area mode and draw rectangles over the regions you want to pixelate. You can add multiple selection areas to hide faces, license plates, or any sensitive information.
What pixel sizes are available?▾
fwip offers Subtle (4px), Medium (10px), Heavy (20px), and Extreme (40px) presets. You can also use the slider to set any pixel size from 2 to 50 pixels.
Is the pixelation permanent?▾
Yes. The pixelated image is exported with the original pixel data destroyed in the affected areas. This makes it safe for sharing screenshots with sensitive information.
